The Preserve's greatest amenity is approximately 150 acres of unspoiled, natural beauty, the kind of uncrowded spaciousness that you expect in Montana. It's serenity and peacefulness as well as its panoramic views will be protected forever. All other amenities have been carefully selected to enhance this exceptional setting.

The Preserve’s private beach and dock on the shores of Flathead Lake provide a gateway for canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing and small boat sailing. Here you can drop your line in the water or simply sit and view the swans, herons, hawks, ducks, eagles, and osprey,  to name a few of the raptors and waterfowl that frequent the lake. A three-acre casting pond is located just up  from the beach. You’ll also enjoy the hiking and biking trails that wind through the community and preserve areas.

City services include underground water, sewer, electricity and cable TV.

The Community Center is the activity and social center of Mission Bay. In addition to tennis courts, lap pool and spa, the 4,200-sq. ft. center contains an expansive Great Room, a well-equipped kitchen, exercise facilities and locker rooms.

Available to all the residents of the Mission Bay Golf Community and the Mission Bay Preserve and their guests, it’s the perfect spot for relaxing after golf or tennis, club gatherings, special events hosting a party or just meeting friends.
